Shipping policy

At Let's Customize, every item is custom-made and decorated to order. Please read our shipping timelines below to understand when your custom order will arrive.

1. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Production begins only after you have reviewed and given final digital approval for your custom design or digital mockup.

  • Once approved, standard production takes 7 to 10 business days to complete. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once your custom items are finished and packed, they are handed over to the carrier for shipment.

  • Standard shipping within the United States takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.

  • Total estimated time from design approval to delivery is approximately 10 to 15 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your carrier tracking number so you can follow its progress.

4. Carrier Liability & Delays Please note that delivery windows are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Let's Customize is not liable for unexpected delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
